1. What kind of hormonal issues do you work with?
I support women with a range of hormonal concerns including PMS, irregular or painful periods, , PCOS, low energy, mood swings, acne, and fertility challenges.

2. Do you offer testing, or do I need to get that through my doctor?
I will always aim to get what we can through the GP, and I can recommend and interpret functional tests (like hormone panels or gut testing) if needed. We’ll discuss what’s relevant for you in our sessions.

3. How long does it take to see results?
Every body is different, but most clients start noticing improvements within a few weeks. Deep hormonal changes often take 3–6 months for lasting results. I’ll guide you every step of the way.

 

​4. Will I have to cut out all my favourite foods?
No. My approach is realistic and sustainable. We focus on nourishing your body, not restriction or perfection. You won’t leave with a generic diet, you’ll get personalised support that works for your lifestyle.

​5. Can we work together if I’m not sure what’s wrong?
Absolutely. You don’t need a diagnosis to begin. If you’re experiencing symptoms that don’t feel “normal,” I’m here to help you explore what’s really going on and find a path forward.
